Does Yahoo Customer care keep changing id's?

I had saved yahoo customer care address in my address book when I recd a reply from yahoo,but 2 days ago when I complaied yahoo regarding Airtel charging me Rs30/- for using free yahoo mail (that is what yahoo claims) other than a monthly rentals on Net on phone , the mail sent to yahoo comes back to me with a delivery failure notice after 48 hours , is it a technical problem or yahoo has fraudlently sent me back the mail to escape from replying my question ?

With Yahoo, one will never know with them. Just continue to complain if you need to. :)
Reply:Read the mail you got. Sometimes it will tell you that the mailbox is full, or sometimes it says that they couldn't find the address you are looking for.

Reply:Read the bottom of the e-mail yahoo sent you, It probably says DO NOT REPLY to this message(something similar),it's an automated reply system that will bounce back any e-mails sent to it.
