Yahoo Alert Centre

Is yahoo sending out emails warning people that old accounts will be deleted?
No, it's a scam.

Yahoo! would never ask you for your user name and password or any of your information.
Reply:DO NOT reply. This is a phishing scam attempting to get you to give them all your personal info. It's not from Yahoo, just delete it and ignore it. Good luck and be careful.
Reply:That would be a scam.

If your account is old and not being used...How would you get that email in the first place?

Also yahoo is in the US. we spell Center with ER not RE.

So ignore it.
Reply:They forgot to ask for your zip code and secret question and answer. That is a scam to allow someone to take over your account. Yahoo does not even use @yahoo.com as their return address which I am sure the email does.
