Yahoo dont answer my emails cant talk to them I sending a pigeon?

I’ve tried to get answers from yahoo for over 80 days now. I pay them money every month and have done for over 4 years. All of a sudden yahoo wasn’t interested. I thought I had a contract with yahoo. What a way to do business, just not answer any emails and no phone. Apart from posting this, if someone from yahoo doesn’t help me. I’ll have to revert to sending a pidgeon. All jokes aside. 80 days and you say 24 hour response. I have lost lots of business referring clients of mine to use Yahoo. I’m making up kinds of excuses to my clients, for yahoo?. I have sent about 20emails over 80 days. What is going on? my emaiul address is david@ekogate.com

If Yahoo doesn't answer you, talk to Yahoo...we can't help you with that..

Reply:whats the problem? sending an email directly to yahoo does not always get you a 24 hour response, especially if you sent it to the wrong department. Whats the problem you are having? and have you checked with your isp?
Reply:I would just keep trying and look into all the ways to contact them. Postal Mail, IM, Better Business bueru.
