Micro Soft vs Yahoo. Will Yahoo give in before the 3 weeks deadline?

According to this news article Microsoft threatened Yahoo's board of directors with a proxy battle if Yahoo didn't buy out within a 3 week deadline.





Since Micro soft offered Yahoo a 'generous' bid of $44.6 billion on Feb. 11 , Yahoo has been holding out for a 'better offer' from another company. The other company declined.





Yahoo claims Microsoft's bid is too low and Microsoft has threatened to lower the bid if Yahoo forces them to go into a proxy battle.
