Yahoo is being served by mobile messaging partners, What are these companies?.?

I subscribed into "YAHOO! MESSENGER New! PC-to-Phone


Call regular phones from your PC." as seen on your "Inside Yahoo" window. When I call my own cellphone with Cingular account, Yahoo responded and it says, "... is not currently served by our mobile messaging partners". Why Yahoo do not post the list of comapnies that they have partnered with? I signed up and gave my credit card number and am being charged by this very moment. It is anomalous not to present facts, who are they partnered with. There's nothing on there to show that Yahoo have a few selections to whom they can extend these offerings. It is a scam not to provide this information before hand. Before they collect credit card info, Yahoo must disclose these information. WHO or WHAT companies carries Yahoo services?
