Y is yahoo customer care so heartless, careless, really not concernd for its users?????

plz tell me ,frst yahoo deactivated my id. then i hav been exhausted by sendin yahoo customer care mails regardin this.i did all my best i could do.i get no response frm yahoo.i think they r really shame of themselves tht they don hav courage to rply me back, as to why they deactivated my id.they hav no answer to my question.its a week now. i hav all my frnds , family there in my accnt.it has so many important mails.yahoo has made my life hell.the customer care service is extremely poor.they never care for us. i trusted yahoo for years %26amp; shared all my pvt. personal information with it.but yahoo never listens nor cooperates n understand us.so wats the use of comin to yahoo.also yahoo is not secure. too many acnts get hackd. in chat rooms conditions r more worsed.there r more bots than chatters.it takes so much time to change room.lots of abuse goin on in chat rooms.yahoo jst lives for itself n it is not at all concernd about us that wat problems we facing.

Reply:hmm well sound like youre having really problem with the Yahoo care helpers ? maybe its like their always annoying or even not listening to you questions whatever youre trying to ask something to get something to hear from them . maybe theyre so busy with helping others users whom comes online on same times its not like takes them answering this person and get to other people whom does sent reports about something you need get help from. so iam sorry to heard that youre getting mad at them cause they didnt even wrote you back sooner. you know there are also other people you can get help from instead getting help from Yahoo customer serivces . like you can get alot of help from people out there like other users whom does care about helping others people who do have a question to tell and share with. have you ever think about that . maybe when you come on here answer home page just go head a ask us youre question then we will gladly help you out whatever you have problem with or even need a right answer to all youre questions . then you can find the right nice people who willin gave you the right words or ideas . instead getting mad about it .





actually its not youre choose what oother people who does or even had their accounts taking out or broked into by a bad or strangers who are ahackers them its not youre problems and buiness what ppl should do about their own things when theire being online. yes its sound sad it just happen but its not like yahoo customers or even the Yahoo workers had to be blame on something they didnt do . expect some users should be careful not to gave any informations about themselve to strangers that they chatting online in the chats rooms or even share their own webcams and show theirsleves on there and have sick and no good people out there how they really look like face to faces . that not really goood ideas to do that . that why, all users should becare ful who they are chating with and who theyre going gave their informations and etc.. to those kind of people out there. yes, they can be dumb giving theirs infor??? thats their faults for doing that .
