I can sign into my yahoo account. I can not sign into yahoo messenger.?

I can sign into all of my yahoo accounts. I can not sign into my yahoo messenger account.





It has been working for over a year until today.





I recently downloaded yahoo upgrades that yahoo suggested I do upon signing into my yahoo account. I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem.





I spoke to a customer service rep at att/yahoo today. Phone number 1 877 722-3755. He helped me unistall and reinstall yahoo messenger. I don't know what version we uninstalled. I don't know what version he had me download and install. I got the down load for messenger with his assistance at messenger.yahoo.com/download.





Yahoo messenger still is not working for me.





I am able to sign into to att/yahoo and access websights.





I find it frustrating to not have a readily available customer service phone number for yahoo on the websight nor could I get a yahoo tech phone number from att/yahoo customer support.





I await help with this matter. Please assist me quickly.

You can get Yahoo tech support if you pay for a service, such as I have them as my Web Host. I think if you get Phone Out or Phone In you will be able to get someone to help you get things moving. It is only $2.50 per month for this service and is very nice if all you have at home is a cell phone to talk on. Headset much better sound, etc. Hope these ideas help.
