Yahoo Mail Beta will not finish loading. There is NO "Switch Back" button under a "welcome" sign. HELP!

Yahoo Mail Beta does not work with your current browser settings....blah,blah,blah.... The mail program will not load. There is no switch back button and no welcome sign. This is the 5th time I have tried this Yahoo Mail Beta over several months. They may as well give it up and trash the project. If you want a cool e-mail program (that works) try IncrediMail.com Yahoo is trying to make a hybrid between Incredimail and Outlook Express. I will answer my own question if Yahoo answers will allow me too. Because I already solved my own problem of how to "switch back" when the loading/internet explorer problem occured and I could not switch back to the old version of Yahoo Mail. Maybe Yahoo should hire me as tech support. I've fixed practically all of my ATT Yahoo problems on my own.... with no true help from Yahoo's so called "HELP" section. Everything worked fine before ATT took over. They should have left it alone.

This seems to be a recurring problem with Yahoo Mail Beta. I too have experienced this several times.

Sometimes, I can clear all browser cache and Yahoo cookies files and the problem goes away. Other times that does not work.

I also fixed the problem before by upgrading my Java version.

Unfortunately there is not an easy, cut and dried solution to the problem. Most everyone here will tell you to simply clear browser cache and history files and reboot. Honestly, that does work sometimes, but not every time.

I routinely switch back and forth between regular Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Mail Beta. Everything you need to know about switching back and forth (like I do frequently) is here on the bottom of this Yahoo Mail help page...

Also, Yahoo has reported that the Beta period is over for Yahoo Mail. They are rolling out the final released version over the next few weeks. See the Yahoo blog for more info...
