Retrieving alias Yahoo email account when not merged?

I switched over from SBC Yahoo (DSL) when I switched to Cable Broadband. My main yahoo ID separated from SBC YAHOO and I can login mail.yahoo.com with that ID. I am trying to log in to an alias account that I created which had a hyphen in it, that came to my same main/core yahoo ID. It was XXX-all@yahoo.com





I used this alias quite a bit and now I can't figure out how to either login to that account or have the password reset for me.





I get the runaround. AT%26amp;T/SBC said the accounts weren't merged so it is a Yahoo issue. Yahoo help is worse than Microsoft's. They keep copying and pasting a generic message telling me to go to AT%26amp;T for help and ignore all the questions/details that I raise.





Can someone help me or let me know how I can get to a higher tech support level at Yahoo than mail_e2y@cc.yahoo-inc.com ?? Thanks so much!!

If so wait and have paitence


Yahoomail takes a day or two to form your email id completly


Check your mail after a day or two


Changed ur password


To retrieve ur password do the following


Go to www.yahoomail.com and enter ur id


Click on forgot password link and provide the necessary information


Ur password will be delivered to u on ur alternate id (if u have one)
