When do you think Yahoo customer svc will finally shape up to make this a better place? What can we do?

I don't understand. What's the incentive to try? Should we even bother to respond to spurious allegations of violations if we receive answers like this? Do they read responses? (I'm asking for a friend)

When do you think Yahoo customer svc will finally shape up to make this a better place? What can we do?
Voting on and reporting bad questions and answers are what determines a good or bad website like this. If more people would not answer the hate-stupid and malicious questions and report them,it will get better.
Reply:don't be so strict!just think that yahoo is a free website that gives a lot of opportunities to the users!moreover it's global1personally i find it cute,easy and very useful..and i believe that there will be changes to make it better.

Reply:ive been an advocate of having that dept shut down..or try and revise their tactics..ya know, make em more user friendly..currently it is automated..would be nice to have "human" interaction once and awhile..

Reply:I hope you realize 100's of millions of people are using yahoo as a free service.. Also,there are namy complaints which are sent to them that are not really worth sending...I'm not defending yahoo as I've been trying for well over a month to get an account reinstated which was hacked by someone..I'm only saying it would take MANY people to read and rate all complaints sent to them.
Reply:and yahoo can't catch all the complaints with 100 million users so just report it to yahoo and they will take the right action
