I've called Yahoo's Customer Care line many times, but they're not authorized to help me.
I've called Yahoo's operators, but they're not allowed to give out the phone numbers I need.
I've emailed Yahoo's Account Security department (who has no phone number?!?) many times and, in four days of waiting, they have not responded to my last two emails.
I phoned Yahoo's legal department and they haven't called me back.
I believe I have exausted every avenue of support that I can find with Yahoo. I don't want to sue them, but I think that's the only way I can get somebody to talk to me and address my complaint! I refuse to believe that Yahoo would rather sort through a lawsuit than to have somebody help me.
Here's my question: what should I do next? How do I get in contact with somebody at Yahoo that has the power to help me (like one of the executives in Account Security?) Should I just go ahead and file the lawsuit? Should I apply pressure by making this a public issue?
Yahoo's Customer Care and Yahoo's Account Security won't help me. Is the next step a lawsuit?
Ii know I shouldn't answer a question with a question but what is the problem or " Complaint " your unable to get help with ?
Perhaps it would shed light on why you cant get help .. just a thought.
Reply:by all means.....sue away.
Your internet browsing records will be sent to DHS, FBI and NSA for reveiw.
Reply:What monetary loss have you suffered due to yahoo's negligence? You have not made the problem clear, and perhaps you were not as clear while talking to yahoo.
Reply:Okay I would not know on how to contact them since you pretty much tried every possible way and failed. And if you believe your problem is that important and serious if I were in your situation I would go about takeing legual action A.S.A.P.
