If I received a letter from yahoo saying my account was reinstated and it was not does that mean?

while I was suspended I did something wrong?

...like when i'm really busy and the kitchen rings me for my food, but they're still putting in together in there , and i have to stand around with my hand on my asse while i'm waiting for them to get to it all together,when i could have been getting someone else's drinks. .
