Yahoo PC to PC calling not working in VISTA OS. Anyone know why?

I just purchased a Toshiba laptop with Vista OS and am now unable to get Yahoo Messenger PC-to-PC to work. This was fine before using XP and IBM (internal mic). I am able to hear conversation fine, but my voice is not heard on the other end. I checked the mic using voice recognition and all was fine. The pc responds to the voice commands correctly. Anyone know how to resolve the problem in Yahoo messenger? ----We are aware of an issue with Microsoft Windows Vista users not having the ability to utilize the Voice Chat and Voice Conferencing features through Yahoo! Messenger. Please note this does not affect PC to PC calling or Yahoo! Premium Voice services through Yahoo! Messenger.
