Yahoo technical support is useless. Here is my question and their response:?

My Question:


I pay for the yahoo personal address package. For some weeks now I have been unable to "Manage Personal Address Accounts". I connect to mail and navigate to Options / Mail Addresses


and then select the link "Manage Personal Address Accounts". This link seems to take me to the wrong place - it takes me to a registration form for Yahoo mail Plus, rather than the correct screen where I can maintain my personal addresses. This issue is urgent as one of my personal addresses needs to be reassigned to a new Yahoo id. I am currently paying for a service that I can't use.
