I need to contact yahoo...?
I have never heard of such a thing. I've only my experience with Yahoo! over the past 8 years of my life. I really don't have an answer to your question. You already have the information that you need to do what you feel is best for you. I would strongly suggest not having to pay money for money. Yahoo is a large company. E-mail them and find out what is really going on, you have all of the links. Still I suggest not send anyone money until you know where it is going to go. Save the e-mail, forward it to Yahoo! and then start asking them questions. 'Kay?
Reply:Go to http://help.yahoo.com and contact customer service with your information in the e-mail to confirm it's validity.
NORMALLY - If you've won something... you've won something.
Whenever I get told that I have to pay a fee to collect my winnings - I just tell them to deduct it from my winnings.
That usualy makes the spammers, phishers and scam artists shut up and disappear.
Peace.
